Ryan A. Sausedo

Attorney

Ryan Sausedo is a trial lawyer and former Assistant United States Attorney who focuses his practice on complex business litigation and employment matters, bringing over a decade of federal prosecutorial experience to high-stakes disputes.

Ryan applies his prosecutorial background and courtroom skills to represent clients across a range of complex commercial and employment disputes, with an emphasis on practical solutions, efficiency, and results. He is a tenacious advocate when litigation is necessary and a strategic counselor when early resolution serves his clients’ interests.

Before joining the firm, Ryan served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of California for more than ten years. During his tenure, he tried more than 15 cases to verdict and led federal prosecutions spanning transnational organized crime, international drug trafficking, money laundering, wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and human trafficking. That experience — navigating complex multi-party investigations, managing high-volume caseloads, and litigating in federal court — informs his approach to civil litigation and gives his clients a meaningful advantage.
