Prior to his in-house leadership role, Nick practiced intellectual property law with The Trademark Group, where he represented multinational and emerging companies in trademark enforcement and intellectual property litigation. He began his legal career with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek in San Diego, representing businesses in complex commercial, intellectual property, and contract litigation in both state and federal courts.
