Attorney
Merridith Delinois is a civil litigator whose practice spans business litigation, consumer protection, and employment matters in state and federal courts, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Merridith brings to her practice a breadth of experience gained across federal and state courts, public defender offices, and regulatory agencies, — giving her a well-rounded perspective on complex civil litigation. She has successfully handled evidentiary hearings in both civil and family law matters, demonstrating the ability to advocate effectively in fast-moving, high-stakes settings.
Before joining the firm, Merridith served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and clerked for Judge Carlos Gamez in Miami, Florida. She also completed externships with the Federal Defenders of San Diego, the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, the Nevada Attorney General’s Office Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office — experience spanning both prosecution and defense across state and federal settings.
Prior to law school, Merridith worked as an antitrust paralegal at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she assisted with Hart-Scott-Rodino regulatory filings and supported large-scale document productions in significant public transactions.
