McKenzie Hardy is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on business and employment law, drawing on a foundation in insurance defense that spans personal injury, contract disputes, and a wide range of complex commercial matters.
McKenzie brings a practical and strategic approach to litigation, with particular strengths in legal writing and courtroom advocacy. She is committed to achieving efficient, cost-effective outcomes for her clients — and to vigorous advocacy when litigation is necessary.
Before joining the firm, McKenzie gained hands-on experience through internships with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego and the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. During law school at California Western School of Law, she served as a Senior Editor of the California Western International Law Journal and graduated magna cum laude.
