For nearly a quarter century, Jason was a founding member and managing partner of Ravin Glovinsky, LLP, a boutique business litigation firm in downtown San Diego that concentrated on corporate governance and business control disputes. He joined Caldarelli, Hejmanowski & Leer LLP as Of Counsel in 2025, bringing with him deep expertise in the intersection of business law and high-stakes courtroom advocacy.
