Attorney
Joseph Radochonski is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on business and commercial disputes, drawing on earlier experience representing public entities, medical professionals, and hospitals across a wide range of civil matters.
Joe’s current practice centers on representing local businesses and corporations in litigation ranging from contract disputes to fraud and tort claims. He brings a calm, measured approach to complex litigation — focused on achieving the best possible resolution for each client through careful strategy and thorough preparation.
Before joining the firm, Joe represented public entities in inverse condemnation and civil rights actions, and defended physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice and elder abuse claims. That breadth of experience across plaintiff and defense work, and across public and private clients, informs his practical approach to litigation on behalf of the firm’s business clients.
Joe earned his law degree on a full tuition scholarship from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Representation Clinic, the Civil Rights Restoration Clinic, and the Public Defender Clinic. He also clerked with the Federal Public Defender’s Habeas Corpus Unit and published in the Correctional Law Reporter. He holds a B.A. in philosophy, summa cum laude, from Benedictine University, where he presented research through the Association of Core Texts and Courses.
